Squeeze filters are excellent for one person filtering as they walk and tedious for filling four bottles at camp. The BeFree 3L uses the same fast BeFree filter on a 3-litre collapsible reservoir that can be hung and left to gravity-feed while you pitch a tent. It is 4.1oz, packs flat when empty, and the filter is cleaned by swishing in water. The reservoir is soft-sided, which is light and less durable than a rigid container.
