The Rebar is the tool for people who actually use pliers. The jaws are thicker and stronger than the Wave's, and the wire cutters are replaceable, which means a tool damaged by cutting something it should not be is repairable rather than retired. All tools are inside the handles so opening requires two hands, and there is no bit driver — fixed screwdrivers instead. At 6.7oz and $80 it is the practical, unglamorous choice.
